Yaritza Meza´s Story

😊 Yaritza is a 4-year-old girl. Her parents, Rosa, and Alfonso, live in the community of Soroguara. They arrived at this place knowing no one and moved into a rental room. But during the pandemic, Alfonso, working only two days a week, had a financial crisis because he did not have enough money to cover the family's expenses. On the recommendation of their neighbors, they visited the CarePoint and took Yaritza to it.

After a few visits, the connections became great blessing. Adela, the facilitator, showed solidarity with this family, realizing the situation they were living in, and offered for them to live in an available room in her house!

Yaritza's family was thrilled to receive this tremendous support. They lived for three years in Adela's house (the facilitator). They volunteered in all areas of the CarePoint, helping the children in the kitchen and getting involved in all activities.

God was watching Alfonso’s faithfulness and he received a call from a company that wanted to hire him. Through this new work he was able to buy land and build a home!

Alfonso and his family are overwhelmed at the goodness of God and how His blessing has moved in their lives. They are very grateful for all the support they received from Children's Cup and for the love of this talented team of Friends that makes it up.🙏
